Miss Perú Universo 2009 Announced

The National Corporation of Beauty, who chairs Rocio Roca, announced that the upcoming April 4 election will be conducted by Miss Perú Universo 2009 at the Hacienda Villa de Chorillos, in Lima, Perú.

Miss Perú Universo 2008, Karol Castillo of Trujillo, will crown her successor at the end of this event. About 23 contestants are expected to compete and the pageant will broadcast live on Panamericana Television.

The Winner Perú Beauty Queen will represent Perú in Miss Universe 2009 beauty pageant. The Miss Earth Perú will enter in Miss Earth 2009 beauty contest.
