The winner will be crowned by outgoing titleholder MISS NORTH DAKOTA USA 2008, Stephanie Tollefson.
The winner will be the representative for Miss North Dakota at the Miss USA 2009 pageant.
The 58th Annual Miss USA pageant will be held April 19, 2009, at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The winner will be crowned by outgoing titleholder Miss USA 2008, Crystle Stewart of Texas.
