The Miss Nicaragua contest is the national beauty pageant of Nicaragua. Miss Nicaragua 2009 is set to Final Election on Saturday March 7 at the Teatro Ruben Dario, broadcast live on Channel 2.

All 16 candidates completed. The winner of Miss Nicaragua 2009 will be crowned by outgoing titleholder Miss Nicaragua 2008, Thelma Rodríguez.
