Fort Vancouver High School: Angie Lewis, a Camas businesswoman 22-year-old , was crowned Miss Clark County 2009 on Saturday.

Lewis holds a degree in business marketing from the University of Washington and is owner of Power Up Personal Training. She intends to get master’s degree in nutrition and expand her business.

First runner-up and second runner-up were Shelby Madsen and Megan Howard; and Christina Orefice was Miss Congeniality

Earlier Saturday, Raeanne Edwards, 17-year-old, of Vancouver was title Miss Clark County’s Outstanding Teen. A junior at Skyview High School, she hopes to attend a four-year university to study dance.

First runner-up and second runner up were Simaran Kaur and Jenna Nelmark; third runner up was Alyssa Pallister; and two contestants was Miss Congeniality: Simaran Kaur and Amanda Imsirovic.

The two top award winners will move on to compete at the statewide Miss Washington and Miss Washington’s Outstanding Teen pageants in July. Statewide winners at those pageants move on to compete for the Miss America crown and Miss America’s Outstanding Teen.

Miss America 2009, the 84th Miss America pageant will held at the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada on January 24, 2009.
