Miss Gabon 2009 Crowned

Democracy in Gabon: Marlyne Eyene Ella of Libreville, Estuary has been crowned Miss Gabon 2009.

A beautiful 22 year old, Marlyne Eyene Ella was crowned MISS GABON 2009, where 18 other beauties contestants She will represent Gabon at Miss Tourism Queen International 2009 Beauty Pageant.

Complete Beauty Contest:

• Winner : Marlyne Eyene Ella
  
• 1st runner up was Marie-Thérèse Palysandre Bert of Estuary, a 19 year-old student.
  She will participate in Miss International 2009.
  
• 2nd runner up was Cynthia Mboumba of Ngounie, a 21 year-old student.
  She will participate in Miss Earth 2009.
  

Eighteen contestants, 9 provinces of Gabon, participated in the grand final of Miss Gabon Beauty Pageant 2009. The contestants were tested on their poise over evening gown competition, intelligence and Olympic spirit. According to Beauties of Africa Inc.
